Royal Hammam Premium Experience – Couples Session

You will be welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink before immersing yourself in our Royal Hammam Premium Experience. Enjoy a luxurious, traditional ritual including scrubs, mask, and massage, designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and relax the body.
Treatments:
Your experience begins with the application of traditional Moroccan black soap (Savon Beldi). Our therapist will gently apply the soap to your body, after which you will relax in the steam room for approximately 20–30 minutes, allowing the product to soften the skin and prepare it for exfoliation.
Following the steam session, you will enjoy a full-body exfoliation on a heated marble table, performed using traditional Moroccan exfoliating gloves.
A soothing organic mud mask is then applied to the skin. To complete the ritual, a natural Himalayan salt scrub, blended with essential oils, is gently applied to leave the skin beautifully smooth and refreshed.
After the treatment, you will be guided to our relaxation area, where you can enjoy a refreshing Moroccan tea.
The experience concludes with a 30-minute relaxation massage, leaving you feeling restored and deeply relaxed.

Important Information Before Your Visit:
- Swimwear required — please bring your own swimwear and personal hygiene products (hair conditioner and shampoo).
- A 15-minute grace period applies for late arrivals. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment.
- If you need special assistance, let us know beforehand so we can make the necessary arrangements.

- Individuals with health or skin issues should refrain from attending.
Spa Policies:
- No couples permitted. Mixed genders are not allowed in the same session.
- 48-hour cancellation policy — cancellations outside this window or no-shows will result in voucher forfeiture.
- For rescheduling after the 48-hour window, an advance payment is required and a £5.00 fee per person will be charged.
- No entry without swimwear.
- No food is allowed inside the spa premises.
- Must be 18 or older. Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding people.
