Important Information Before Your Visit:
- Swimwear required — please bring your own swimwear and personal hygiene products (hair conditioner and shampoo).
- A 15-minute grace period applies for late arrivals. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment.
- If you need special assistance, let us know beforehand so we can make the necessary arrangements.

- Individuals with health or skin issues should refrain from attending.
Spa Policies:
- No couples permitted. Mixed genders are not allowed in the same session.
- 48-hour cancellation policy — cancellations outside this window or no-shows will result in voucher forfeiture.
- For rescheduling after the 48-hour window, an advance payment is required and a £5.00 fee per person will be charged.
- No entry without swimwear.
- No food is allowed inside the spa premises.
- Must be 18 or older. Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding people.
